Are YOU in?!
WHAT: A FREE community event where the recovery community can come together with their family, counselors, and friends to be a beacon of hope to others struggling with addiction to alcohol and drugs. The WALK hopes to dispel the stigma associated with Substance Use Disorder.
The goal of the Walk is to CELEBRATE Recovery!
WHEN: Sunday, April 28 from 1:45 pm - 3:00 pm; the walk starts at 2:00 pm
WHERE: Center City Park, parking available nearby City decks on Church St. and Bellemeade St.
**NOTE: The Food Truck Rodeo will be happening in Downtown Greensboro on the same day, beginning at 3pm. There will be LOTS of people in downtown. It's a great day to show our community what Recovery looks like.

DID YOU KNOW...?
For more than 20 years, the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) has conducted an annual nationwide food drive on the second Saturday in May.
HOW TO DONATE...?
Simply place a bag of food (or two!) by your mailbox to benefit 13 local food pantries in the Greater High Point area on Saturday, May 11th.
Won't be home that day? No worries. Simply set out your donations in the days before or after May 11th and your carrier will still collect bags of nonperishable items to help our neighbors in need.
Suggested Donations of Nonperishable Food Items Include:
